In continuation of this department's circular of even number dated 02-05-2000, on the subjects noted above and to state that it has been decided by the competent authority that "E" grader matriculates will not be allowed admission in XI year classes (Science, Arts & Commerce) in Government colleges and higher secondary schools in Sindh for the next academics session 2000-01. "D" grader matriculates, may be allowed to have the following options for their admission for higher studies:

1. To seek admission in evening shift of Government Colleges where seats are available .
2. To improve their qualification by reappearing in the examinations in order to qualify themselves for admission in Government College (Morning).
3. To seek admission in any private college.
4. To continue their higher education as private candidates.
5. To seek admissions in Arts College of morning shift if the seats are available.
